• 1cup milk
• 1/2cup dry fruits
• 1/2cup oats
• Fresh fruits(strawberry,raspberry,banana)
Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy the tastiest and healthiest
• 1/2ltr milk
• 1/2cup oats
• 5tsp sugar(optional, can be substituted with honey or jaggery)
• 1/2tsp cardamom crushed/powder
• Dry fruits(optional)
Bring milk to boil add 1/2cup of oats, and let it boil.
(You can also boil oats separately and later mix with the boiling milk)
Now add sugar, cardamom powder, and let it cook at last add dry fruits(u can also roast it if you like). Serve warm!
